The Constitutional Court accepts that the aforementioned remedy for the claim that the detention exceeds a reasonable period of time is an effective remedy that must be exhausted before the individual application, only in cases where the applicant's release or conviction by the first-instance court is decided, in other words, in cases where the criminal charge ends (§65) .
